You buy a shirt, we print it and post it, and if it is wrong we put it right. These are the terms that sit behind that, in plain English.
Who we are
11 Good Reasons is a small independent shop selling original art printed on t-shirts, trading as 11 Good Reasons. You can reach us through the contact form or by replying to any email we send you.
Ordering
- Prices are shown in pounds sterling. The price you see on the shirt is the price you pay, plus delivery as shown before you pay (£3.95, or nothing from two shirts).
- Payment is taken by Stripe when you place the order. Your order is accepted when we email you a confirmation; until then we can decline it (for example if a design or colour has just left the range), in which case you are refunded in full.
- Each shirt is printed to order. Colours on screen are as close as we can make them to the real garment, and hand-made art varies a little from print to print — that is the point.
- An order can hold up to five designs. Bigger orders are welcome: write to us.
Delivery, returns and swaps
Set out in full on the delivery & returns page: UK delivery in 5–10 working days, a 30-day window to swap a size or return a shirt, and free replacement of anything faulty or wrong.
Your right to cancel
As a consumer you can cancel an order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Tell us in writing (a reply to your confirmation email is fine), send the shirt back unworn within 14 days of telling us, and we refund the price and our standard delivery charge within 14 days of getting it back. Our 30-day swap policy sits on top of this and does not replace it.
The art
Every design is original work and remains the property of its maker. Buying a shirt does not licence the artwork for any other use.
Vouchers
A first-order voucher code is for one order per person, cannot be exchanged for money, and can be withdrawn if it is being misused.
Problems
If something goes wrong we would rather hear about it than not. Write to us first; we read every message. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
