What we keep, why, and who sees it.
We collect what it takes to print a shirt and post it to you, and not much else. Here is the whole list.
What we collect, and why
- Order
- Your name, email address, delivery address and what you bought. To print it, post it, email you about it and answer questions later. Kept for six years, as tax law asks.
- Payment
- Your card is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.
- Bag
- What you have added to your bag is kept in your own browser only, so it is still there tomorrow. It never leaves your device until you check out.
- Size finder
- Your answers are kept in your browser so your size is remembered next time. They are not sent to us.
- Sign-up
- If you give us your email for news of new art, we keep it until you unsubscribe — every email has a link. We do not add order emails to this list.
- Messages
- What you send through the contact form, so we can reply.
- Visits
- How the site is used — pages seen, buttons pressed, and session replays with anything you type masked — through PostHog, so we can see what is confusing and fix it. If you arrive from one of our adverts, Meta's pixel records that the advert worked.
Who processes it for us
- Stripe — payment.
- Inkthreadable (Lancashire) — prints your shirt and posts it, so they receive your name, address and what to print.
- Royal Mail — delivery.
- Vercel and Supabase — host the site and the order records.
- SendGrid — sends the order and dispatch emails.
- PostHog — analytics, as above.
- Meta — advert measurement, only when you came from an advert.
Each of them uses your details only to do that job for us.
Cookies and similar
The site uses your browser's storage for the bag, your size and your sign-up choice; a PostHog cookie for analytics; and Meta's cookies when you arrive from an advert. There is no advertising network on the site and we do not sell or share your details with anyone for their own marketing.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used. Write to us through the contact form and we will answer within a month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
